Chris and Tracy O’Loughlin were led to start Western Outreach Center, (aka Cowboy Church of the Valley), in April of 2008. Since, we are continually seeing individuals come to know our Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. We are dedicated to reaching people for Christ and are driven to preach and teach the UNCOMPROMISED Word of God with a western style. We welcome everyone to any of our services or events. Our desire is to build the kingdom of God by teaching the truth using the INHERENT Word of God. If you are someone who has been hurt by church, never gone to church or is currently very involved in church, come and expand your understanding and knowledge of the WORD and experience the Lord Jesus Christ with us WESTERN STYLE. We are an nondenominational outreach that holds regular meetings that welcomes any person who comes.
Our Beliefs
- The Bible is the inspired Word of God and is the infallible rule of Faith & Conduct. (2 Timothy 3:15-17) - One God Head; God The Father, God The Son & God The Holy Spirit as one entity. (1 John 5:6-8) - Salvation of man comes only from accepting Jesus as Savior and being Spiritually Born again. (Acts 4:12; Romans 10:9-10; John 3:16) - Water Baptism by submersion. (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38) - The Promise of The Father (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4-8; 2:4) The gifts of the Holy Spirit are the same today as they are in the New Testament (1 Corinthians 12-14) - Our ministry is and should be as Jesus’ was. (Acts 10:38; John 14:12)
